Order Processing
All orders are processed through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify.
Because each item is made to order, please allow:
- 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment
- Additional time for shipping depending on your location and carrier
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
International
- Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Shipping destination
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, print provider location, or inventory availability.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before your order enters production.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you experience a significant shipping delay, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
